Title A name given to the resource McWhirter, Frankie Photograph Album Description An account of the resource This photograph album was created by Frankie McWhirter, wife of James A. McWhirter. Both attended Eastern between 1943 and 1946 and the album contains photos of campus, students, and local places that they visited including Natural Bridge, Cumberland Falls and Boonesborough Beach. Jim played football at Eastern and there are many photographs of teammates from the mid 1940s as well as photos of ROTC and WACs on campus. Also included are a small number of photographs of a football game at Hopkinsville High School.<br /><br />Only a portion of this collection has been digitized.
