The question was, 11 what is pennissible in recruiting at the state high school basketball tournament? 11 The answer is, 11 only those items listed in t he handbook for off-campus recruiting including p.40 B.2 b.3. If the tournament is held on a college campus, the regulations for on-campus recruitment apply to personnel from that school (see p.40 B.1). I hope I have answered this question sufficiently. I included basic information in this memo to help expedite. If procedures are not available from the files handed over to you as Delegate-at-Large when you assumed office, please advise if I can help. Since I am at the institution where the 1 tournament is being played, I would expect that you would need some coordination with me. Call me when you get to that poi nt. In the past I have touched base with Tom Mil l s at the KHSAA office, requesting that KW IC member institutions be allowed to erect booths at the tournament.
